Book presentation

The 1983 book is the result of the exhibition of the same title presented at Rialto6 between February 11th and April 29th 2022. It will be presented by André Tecedeiro in conversation with Alexandre Melo, Jó Bernardo, Nélson Alves Ramalho, João Pedro Vale and Nuno Alexandre Ferreira.

Published by Rialto6 and Documenta, the book includes texts by Maria João and Armando Cabral, Alexandre Melo, Nuno Alexandre Ferreira + João Pedro Vale, Mário Cesariny, André Tecedeiro, a conversation between Sarah Schulman and Edwin Nasr and a series of conversations the artists had with Maria José Campos, Jó Bernardo, João Grosso and Nélson Alves Ramalho.

Before the conversation, a video recording of the performances by the artists and Symone De Lá Dragma, João Grosso, Jenny Larrue and Guilherme Leal during the period of the exhibition will be projected.
