A performance that adopts the format of a television cooking show, in which participants are invited to discover and share one of the most traditional Portuguese dishes, Bacalhau à Brás, and under the premise of a meal prepared and cooked collectively, the artists discuss cod in order to analyse and deconstruct the Portuguese imagery surrounding this fish.
