Taking advantage of collective moments and synchronous spirit, Um 31 na Fábrica is an exhibition that draws inspiration from the socio-political expression popularized orally as “fazer um 31” (to do a 31), reconfigured for this purpose as an act of artistic vitality.

Temporarily reactivating the space of the former Military Maintenance Confectionery Factory—in the current Beato Innovation District—it brings together thirty-one artists who work or have worked in the Xabregas area, in the parish of Beato, seeking to establish a coexistence of artistic practices sedimented through the space of the studios and the history of an industrial manufacturing complex that has undergone successive transformations.
